Good Morning everyone! I had another question for all you smart people Oooh, not sure Staci! My doc just told me to try keep it easy on impact (so
things like swimming etc) but he also said that as long as I feel up to it I
could go jogging and dancing. I probably wouldn't advocate moshing or
pogo sticking though

Staci... I would say curves is a good thing.. i belonged for a while and lost weight while dieting and ON PRED!!!!!! I would think Curvs is better than a regular gym in that you only do as much work on the machines as you can... and on the walking pads you can just move your fet and not march hard... i liked the workout, but it got boring, even when they would change the machine around..

I need to get back to the gym... i joined one with a pool...but for now i need to finish cleaning my house for the road rally tonight..

I love the eliptical machine.I also do weight training to build muscle and bone to protect my joints.Some weeks I can go 4 times and others less.Depends on how bad I feel.But I stay consitent and watch my diet.

Just do the best you can and rest when your body needs it.Never over do it.
