I had to lay down for a while but this wasnt due to RA this was a mouse. ( even saying the word makes me want to scream) I HATE MICE. I am really scared of them, if i see one i am physically sick. The cat brought me a mouse in today and I was the only one home. She ran up the stairs so i locked myself in the lounge. I phoned hubby and knowing what a baby i am said he would be home soon.My youngest came in from school and said she would go look for it, she got to the top of the stairs and screamed, the cat had beheaded the mouse. Now we cant find a body. I have refused to go to bed until its found

I am sorry to laugh... but that is funny ... headless mice crawling on your bed thru the night.

I use to have a pet white mouse, I named her Momma Rat, because when I got her she was preggo and had babies. She was the sweetest little rodent!

Sooooooo I guess you would not come visit me Lisa since I have a pet albino rat lol.

Don't worry hunny...the body was prolly eaten and the head is your I love you gift from your kitty.

what is it with this disease, when it's bad things go crazy... everything seems to go wrong when we're flaring

Oh no hunny.........I love you, but I'm def. laughing at you....hahahaha

There are no words to describe how excited I was when I saw the title of this thread....and who it was posted by. SHEER JOY.

Haha I LOVE your stories! :) You always make me smile....even if it makes you cringe...haha Oh you know I'm kidding with you ;-)

If it'll give you a giggle, the kitten jumped onto the toilet today, expecting the lid to be closed. It was, however, not.

I have a feeling you're not going to find that mouse body until someone changes the litter box...

Katie, cats are so funny. Yesterday,  I watched Loki hop up on the washing machine (lid was up) and promptly disappear into the machine.  He acted as if he did it everyday and what was so funny about it?  Lindy

Hahaha cats have that about them - the "I'm just gonna act like this is normal, and see if I can play it off" thing.

Katie?.... maybe you should make or buy her a little pink tu-tu and enroll her into gymnastic classes?

Oh... Oh... oh... or maybe she can join the circus and make her mommy and daddy proud and be the first cat to ever do a triple summer-sault on a high wire!! yeah... and best of all!! If she fell off the tight rope she would land on her feet.... because cats are like that and they have 9 lives

Hi, Oh geeeeze. I know what you mean I hate those things in doors. We have a slider in our patio, and I swear the field mice just wait for me to go out and leave the screen open so they can DASH in!! What a yukky experience, cats want to please , but this isn't the right 'gift'. Take care, LyndaI have to share this story about my sweet kitty named "Kitty" who passed away 2 years ago. He loved drinking out of our swimming pool and one day he was gracefully leaning over the edge, ever so gingerly lapping up the water and my husband very quietly opened the sliding door and snuck up on him and yelled at the top of his lungs "Hey!" Kitty jumped head first into the pool and like a rocket jumped back out. Now, I was in the back room while all this was going on, when hubby appeared holding a drenched cat in a towel. He wouldn't look at me, but said quite sheepishly "the kitty fell into the pool." I didn't get the real story out of him for a couple of weeks. I swear, my kitty glared at him until the day he died.

hahahahaa!!!

I use to have a cat named Stretch when I was about 4. My mom got her from the pound, she was full grown. She was named stretch because I use to stretch her out. I would grab one front leg and one back leg and stretch her, or I would pull her tail and a front leg. The cat loved me. SHe would take showers with me, she would sleep with me, she would even let me put her in a washing tub full of water and let me wash her. She would also swim around in the wash tub and meow, it would sound like a baby crynig, but she would never jump out and she would let me pick her up and towel dry her right out of the water. She was a black kitty, with a white dot on her chest. I kinda remember her. She never hurt me, nor scratched me. I remember she would lick my face.

I also remember I had a bird about the time I had her, and well that bird came up "missing". The cage was hanging from the ceiling and nothing around it for the cat to jump on to get to it, well she found a way to eat my bird! I guess that was my pay back for letting her swim around in the water
