Yes, it has begun...

I have started taking 2.5mg of pred EOD. I did not take it last night before bed, and I was soo thinking I was not going to be able to get out of bed and would be hurting like crazy and very stiff... but NO!

I was actually like I was every morning I woke up before. A little stiff, not much aches, and able to move around and get out of the bed!! WoooHOOO!!!

Last night I was contiplating taking pred or not taking pred, because we are suppose to have some T-storms again today and throughout the week, and I usually flare when they come thru. But I decided not to and now I am almost pred free!!

I hope I continue to do good. I need to lose about 30lbs

Awwww... com'on I need the sugar to keep me "alive" Ok I am gonna say it.  I told ya so!!  LOL!!!  Glad you are doing well with the taper.

That is a toy weedeater aka weed trimmer. It cuts down weeds where lawn mowers cannot get too.

Joonie, that's great news about the Pred.  If you can stay at a small dose or completely taper you'll lose the weight.  I promise, I did.  I dieted and am still dieting but it will come off.  LindyThanks for the encouragement, Lindy

LOL!!!  Binge will be in it chasing down the weedeater in his cowboy boots and spurs lol.  Carrying a plunger to shoot it with lol.  On my porcelain pony!   Yee-Haaa!heheheehehee.... I still laugh out loud when I read porcelain pony, because I still get that visual of Bingethinker, hearding those cows, kinda like on City Slicker LMAO! I think the summer heat is getting to all of us lol.  Brain fry instead of brain fog lol.
