Although a new member I've lurked for a long time and gained some great imformation on my disease on here,I'm surprised no-body's really mentioned rose hip,i started taking it about 2 weeks ago,6 capsules daily and its made a big difference to me already, i've reduced my pain management from 100mg indometacin to 25mg.
Hopefully if this carries on I can come off the MTX 17.5mg weekly dose.
I also found this artical which has a lot of useful imformation, apologies if its been posted before,its a bit technical,but some good recommendations at the end,i started taking Acidophillus Fibre and have taken up quite a few tips after reading it.
