I've had some really bad news and today I feel 'that awful fatigue' and a very depressed feeling. Our emotions do get inter mixed with this disease. My hands are stiff, today! LyndaOh I am sorry Hurts! I do believe our emotions are wound tight within this disease.

I woke-up this morning with my hands and ankles hurting and sooo very tired. It makes it so hard to deal with the energy level of my 3 yr old. It gets so old!

Hurts,

I'm sorry  you are feeling poorly today.  I hope tomorrow brings a better day!

Ups and downs seem to be a major part of this besides the physical aspect of it.  Resting and pacing yourself can help with the fatigue but it is for sure not a cure all for it.  When we feel good we just want to go go go and it is so hard to learn we can't.

Hope you feel better soon!  Take it easy!!

Grammaskittles, you are a wise voice on this board.

Hi, THANKS everyone!, My sister-in-law has the dreaded Alzheimer's !! She was so smart I can't tell you. She's like my own sister and one of the few people in the world who understants my husband and me. We are such great friends, and now .....well you all know where THAT disease goes. Thanks for listenin'. Lynda

Lynda- I am so sorry that you are having a tough time, the stress of other problems do intermingle with our RA and make us feel worse.

Sorry to hear about your sister-in-law. My aunt has alzheimers and we are worried about my mum at the moment as she has terrible short term memory loss and confusion. I hope you feel better really soon

Huggs!

Lynda I will be praying for you and your sister in law.

Oh girl; I'm really sorry to hear that. I've often said that has to be the most horrible illness to have. I've always told myself that I'd rather live my days with this disease than have to suffer with that one. I can imagine how frightened your whole family must be. I keep seeing so many things about early treatment of alzheimers. I pray that she will be able to start a medication that will delay things for her.

I'll have you and your family in my prayers as you deal with what must a really hard shock right now.

Take Care of yourself.
