Does anyone like me have terrible fatigue but every few weeks I find I cannot sleep at night - sometimes am awake nearly all night, this can go on for a few nights then I am completely fatigued again, exhausted in fact and then the whole process starts again, fatigue, no sleep then exhaustion.
If so, any solutions as it is driving me nuts.

Oh yes, and then sometimes I'm fatigued AND can't sleep at the same time.Yep. Even with sleeping pills and being exhausted to the bone, I still have difficulty sleeping sometimes.
