I havent seen you around for a while and was wondering how you are. I have been a little under the weather, with sausages for fingers, and pretty sore around the feet, arms and hands. A result I think, of our recent very cold weather. This year is the first time the cold has affected me. I can't say it's pain, (except from the usual arm burning that I have all the time) but a really deep aching - like way inside my bones, swollen fingers and ankles. Soles of my feet were pretty touchy too. Now I'm like a bowl of rice bubbles - snap, crackle and pop!!
