do not echinacea if you take a TNF drug | Arthritis Information

Am going to take Humira for RA in hopes of relief. I had a ton of questions and also read the book Arthritis without Pain-Miracle of TNF blockers

I asked about echinacea if I felt run down. Do not take it, apparently it promotes more T cells and that is something RA victims do not need.  I also asked doctor question: if my c reactive protein (crp) is high on my blood work, indicating inflammation, because I am generally inflamed with crp or sed blood test results, how would I know if I had ANOTHER type of infection then, since it is generally high. He said if he knew answer to that he'd be on television.
