I noticed today that I have a bit of swelling on the top of my right hand. Its only a little bumb and only hurts when I push alot of pressure down on to it. Does anyone else get random sweeling every now and then or should I be worried about this?Jenna, My swelling is very random. I picked out my wedding rings today. My fingers have grown almost 2 sizes!!!!! I am going to look at an adjustable wedding ring 0.00 added to my band eventually. I want to wear my rings
I miss my wedding ring, it hasn't fit in a couple of months. I usually wear it on a necklace.

Hey...I get swelling quite frequently, but only when I have joint pain, it's not just a totally random occurrance. I have gotten swelling on the underside of both wrists, and have pretty much constant swelling in a thumb and index finger joint of my hand, which are the two joints which are most bothered. It's totally normal to get swelling with your pain, and also redness where it's inflamed.
