I am finally getting to see a different Rheumy. I am having to travel to a different town and different hospital but he comes highly recommended . He runs support meetings and is involved with lots of things of interest for his patients. I am seeing my old rheumy tomorrow ( appointment was made already) and i have my respiratory infection back again. I see the new RD next month. The old one has said that he cant treat me with any other meds if the Humira didnt work even though i have never tried any other biologic
Maybe trying a new doc will shed some light. Pin - I am starting to believe that you cannot have enough doctors or different opinions or different treatments until you find the team doctor that works best for you. Keep us informed and good luck. I agree! Good luck
Lisa I wish you the best of luck with the new RD. Sorry but I have to say that your current RD is full of bunk. Can't treat you wih other meds cuz the humira didn't work. What a crock of you know what.
The new RD sounds very patient oriented and I am hoping that you get the help you so deserve and need.
