Does it respond to steroids? The painful areas (see my upper arm pain question I posted earlier) I have don't seem to be affected by prednisone.

Forme, no matter how much steroids I put in my body it does nothing for the FM. What they usually do for FM is muscle relaxers and mild exercise.Thanks grammaskittles. It keeps getting worse, in my hip also. I am thinking it must be fibro or a nerve. Fibro fits a lot of my symptoms. I go to Cleveland Clinic in a few weeks to see if they think my dx of rA and vasculitis is correct. Should be interesting. I have been praying that whatever needs to happen to make a correct dx would by then. Maybe that wasn't such a good idea!!
