Just found this forum while searching the net for info on RA. I am glad I found this site as I have several chronic conditions and am on many of the meds that I have seen other members writing about.
To start with I have RA, fibromyalgia, TMJ, plantar fasciitis, and stomach issues as a result of the meds I have to take.
I am on Humira 40 mg sub q every 2 weeks,
a fentanyl pain patch 50mcgm every 2 days (an opioid)
prednisone 5mg in the am and 2.5 at bedtime,
lyrica 75mg 2 times a day,
naprosyn E 375 mg twice a day,
trazodone 100mg at night for sleep,
prevacid 30 mg in the am before breakfast.
I have put on quite a bit of weight since being diagnosed in 2004 and weaning off prednosone resulted in being bedridden from February to May of this year. I curse that medication but at the same time worship it as it gave me back some resemblance of a life.
