I was looking thru the memberlist and we have so many newbies. Many of them have not posted. I wonder how we can get them to join in on the posting? Any ideas ya'll?

Just a suggestion: Form a "Sunshine committee" and contact all newbies with a welcoming message. Urge them to post and assure them that this is a place that knows exactly how it feels to have these stinking diseases.

Am not "newbie" by title, but have only been around for 3 weeks so I guess I am still new....just gabby!!
Molly BeeI was diagnosed with ra about a year ago. Did the mtx & folic acid, and i'm now on humira every 2 weeks. Have had 4 injections so far. I am very surprised at how young most of you are. I'm 67 and must be the old timer of the bunch. I take other meds--for high blood pressure and racing heart, but basicly feel pretty good. I think the humira is helping, but from what i'm reading here, you eventually have to take the shots more often. I'm a little concerned about side affects. Enjoy reading all the comments. Keep it up! At least that's what the grandkids tell me. I believe it is 40 or 45 -- having just made the jump myself. (I'm actually an oldie -- in more ways than one. I was at this site before it switched ownership. Now, I'm bi-situal.
