Well my mom called my rheumatolgist and on the phone she said that i didnt look well when i last went and she saw lots of inflamation although my blood work was fine. she doesnt want to give up on the humira yet and doesnt want to increase my oral prednisone so im going in tomorrow for a nice shot of cortisone in my butt...hopefully that will get me through the humira working/or not i have the prescription for mobic as well but im only gonna take it if im still hurting aftern the cortisone.....ive had it before and all it does is mess with my stomach soooo its not worth ti...we shall see.....
so can anyone why me and my gluten intolerernt belly decided to have some donut today ?? thats gonna make tonight fun! lol

Good luck with the cortizone. I hope it will take care of the pain even for the short term. Sometimes we need to be reminded of how it feels not to be in pain. (I would not know about that, but it is good in theory LOL!) As for the Mobic, don't take it.I hope the shot in the bum gives you some help. I know I've always found it gives me a little jump start. Hoping that the Humira will start working for you as well. Sending lots of positive thoughts and gentle hugs.

OK Little Mermaid - really hoping that you get some relief very soon. Oo and on the phone doc told my mom i have a tough case and with me not responding she is wondering if maybe it is fibro after all.......except that i have inflamation...blah sooo much uncertainty we have gone back and frth on this fro years!Hi Littlemermaid, Oh dear, I know you are suffering. Please add my good wishes to your stash of supporters! I haven't had the cordisone shot, so I don't know what to expect from that. Good idea to have it on the other side from the one you sleep on....I'd never thought of that.
