OUCH!! My Ankle Is Throbbing | Arthritis Information

I cannot believe what a difference a few hours can make.

RA WEATHER BLUES

It is stormy, stormy, stormy   -   And I don't mean the weather   -   There is a tornado brewing in my bones, a hurricane in my mind, and no storm shelter to escape to......

This tornado feels like it is bending my bones like twigs on a tree.  This hurricane has my mind in a whirl, going round, round, round.

While it is stormy, stormy, stormy, I'll be a blue, blue lady....

Hey, I think I've heard that song before. LOLHey Cindee, Thought you would appreciate it. lol

Yep, I can appreciate it. I used to love storms too but now they hurt my bones. I can feel them coming a day or two in advance. I have a special ra radar. LOL

I hope the storm passes quickly and you get to feeling better soon.

Oh, Moana, I feel your rain pain - just in my shoulder! We had a cold front come through that brought stormy weather and I am absolutely miserable.

No rain, but you get the pain, because the storm passed over you and started about 7 miles pass where you are.

Yeah... I get the pain and no rain. Well... I did for 3 days straight.

But tonight I got the pain and rain and my left ankle is swelled, stiff and hurts to walk on, and just think my ankle has been like that for 3 weeks now. I went to a flea market and walked close to 2 miles and my ankle has not been right since. It is swelled & stiff non-stop and feels like it is "broke" as any I do no pressure, pressure, moving it, it hurts. Yet another thing to add to my "List of Complaints" for my new RD. Good thing I am NOT writing all my complaints down, she would never want to see me again, as I would be too much trouble to fix

Hope your ankle gets better soon.

Oh yeah! I am surprised my knee I broke does not bother me when it rains. Even my bone Dr told me I would feel pain in that area when it rained, but never have and it has been 7 years now since I broke it.

hi Mona, sorry you are hurting. Geeze you were doing pretty well and this! The weather can definately do it. We have had a lot of fog (a little fog is a lot for me) this summer. YES, fog in the summer. Dumb, isn't it! and whenever 'the fog rolls in' , i can feel it in my bones (joints), I hope you feel better soon, Lynda
