hey   folks

I  have  not  forgot  you  I  am doing  ok    still on my   minocin   pain wise  It's not  there  except  maybe  for a  ache  here  or  there.

I keep hoping   there will be  brekthru's  in  genetic  medicine  stem cells  and  tissue  engineering  and that i  never  ever  need a  joint  replacment  for  at least 30 years  by then maybe  they will  have  joints  that  last .I will be  in my last  semester of  RN  school soon hope that does not  cause  me problems.

Ohh I take  some  serraflyme  and kinerease  they are  enymes   each  day   and  they actually  seem to help  I  am back at the gym  and  I can even lift weights     which is  very  cool..  and  I can  go  70 minutes  on  any  exercise  machine  like a  bike  elliptical  and  such  with no pain at all  the  next  day...

I spend  mor e  money on  supplements  then before  but  according  to my  RD  he  says you have  no  signs  of  rhumatoid  your  x  ray did  show  some  wear and  tear  arthritis  in your  hand  but its   so  slight  I feel its  just age  related...  yea  thanks   doc... man I  really  wish I could  just  kick him  in the   A%%  some  day. And I'll say  ohh Im sorry  your  black and  blue   a%% is  just  age  related.

mark139291.5900462963Wow! It sounds like the minocin and all the other stuff you're doing has
really worked for you! And thanks for checking in because I often wonder
how you're doing on it.

LOL -

Mark, I was wondering about you and hoping you were doing better.  Did AP kick in?  Sounds like it with all you're doing - but the pain is still there?

Are you taking the mega-doses of probiotics.  I had pain my my hands and feet when I forgot for 6 weeks.  When I got back up to speed a couple of weeks later it went away.

Almost done with school!  Too cool!

Pip

LOL-- too funny about black and blue a*$! Sounds like most of your pain is gone! Congratulations. Thanks for the update. Take care. ~Karin
