Well it seems the drug that has drastically improved my life is now giving me an allergic reaction. I have broken out with a rash on my chest, back and arms. Just had a biopsy done on the rash but I feel pretty certain it is the Enbrel. Should know results in a few days.
Anyone have this happen? And what did you end up doing?
I am quite upset... I was on Enbrel a couple of years ago and did not have any type of allergic reaction to it. For me, it just stopped working. I hope you get your biopsy results back quickly, and that it's not the Enbrel...especially since it's working so well for you.
Hope you get the results back soon. Hopefully it isnt the Enbrel that is causing the rash. What did your dr say about the rash? I wonder if Humira would give that same reaction if it is infact the Enbrel. Let us know what the results come back with.
