Oh hunny how are you doing?? Did everything go well??Well, I had a breast reduction and am so happy about it but...I've had a hard
time recovering from it. Was in the hospital overnight instead of a few
hours. I can't get comfortable. The way I laid on the OR table with my arms
out straight caused some problems with my shoulders and everytime I wake
up, both arms are numb. It resolves quickly but I have so much swelling. It
will all be worth it when it is healed. Thanks for asking. It kind of knocked
the wind out of my sails so I have not had energy to do anything but recover.
I had my thyroid out this past February, and like yourself, my neck and shoulders gave me nothing but grief afterwards. The positioning on the OR table is a killer!
Just take it slow and easy, and DON'T rush back to work!
