I went, but they were closed
I woke up at 9am, and in-laws came to get us about 10am. They dropped me off as MIL wanted to get her hair cut for the wedding. I walked all the way down that long hall, got to the door, and there was a note on the door stating that they would be closing early (12pm) all week. And then written in pen at the very bottom of the note was "We will be closed August 3rd".
Yeah, when that lady from the office called she failed to mention they would be closing early all week. And I asked her if I came Friday if that would be ok, and she said yes. I guess they did not plan on being closed on Friday since it was written in on the note on the door, it looked like it was an after thought.
So, I am going to try to make it up there, after I get home from my mother's surgery, on Monday.
