Go to the ER and demand a chest xray. What did Dr. tell you when you went?
Could it be asthma, Bertha? Many of us with autoimmune diseases have asthma too, which is yet another autoimmune condition, goody goody! And if it's asthma all the cough meds in the world won't help, LOL. I would go to your GP and talk to him about what's going on see what he suggests.Bertha- Definetly go see your G.P. I was on a biologic and developed an infection, at the same time I had a cortisone injection in my knee and also developed a cough that keeps choking me, even now 6 weeks down the line. I have had 4 lots of antibiotics that havent cleared it. I had my chest checked and its clear so I am due back to the doctor on wednesday as mine is just getting worse.
