Gosh this came on so suddenly, but has left me in pain and my sinuses are killing me.

I was supposed to go to work today, but I did not sleep last night.  The old hot and cold thing, and up and down in pain, but too late to take a pain pill.  So, I got up at four and decided I better move around and see if I can do this work thing.

Well, of course gravity pulls EVERYTHING down, and (hide your eyes) I had a monument of green gushers coming out.  I then proceeded to get very cold.  I took my temp. it was up for my low 97.5.  Hubby got up and I am turning off airconditioner, and pulling blankets.  He looks at me and says, YOUR SICK.  I guess I might be, he says no you are.  Your not going to work are you?  No.  WEll take a pain pill and go to bed.  So, I was up and down for an hour.  He kept asking me how I was going to get rest if I was up and down all the time.  Well, I can't get warm.  Oh gosh, you are sick.  I find the heating pad, and plug it in and about fifteen minutes later I am asleep.

So, I am instructed not to take my Humira on Thursday unless all of the symptoms are gone.  I hope so, 'cause my joints are punishing me today.  It even hurts to breathe.

I NEED my MOMMY!!

My RD called in a Rx for an antibiotic.  My first clue that this was not just a cold was my husband said something as soon as he saw me.  After 19 years, he kind of knows how bad I look.  I know my chest is vaunerable, because I have Reactive Airway Disease.

I have been ignoring the kind of "cold stuff" for about a week and a half.  Just getting more and more warn down.

Thanks for your care.

Hi, so soooorrry, I've been terrized that I'd get an infection and need to quit the mtx and remicade. I wonder if I would?  Take care of yourself, Shelly. LyndaI am glad your doctor is dealing with it. These infections are extremely serious and you can't ignore them. I thought I could and very nearly ended up in hospital.

Please take great care of yourself and let us know how you are when you can.

I hope you can get to sleep because that would be so healing for your body at this moment.

Michelle take care of yourself and that nasty infection! Hope you're all better before you go on your trip. Travelling+Sick=Sucks

Michelle~ Hope this antibiotic kicks it out of your system and fast so you can get back on your meds.  Take advantage of it though and let hubby tend to you

The doctor gave me only seven days of an antibiotic, but I will see him two days after I will run out.  He did tell me to take the MTX, but hold off on the Humira unless I am completely better.

Thanks for all of your well, wishes.  I guess I am looking better tonight, but dh says I still look exhausted.

Hugs to you all!!!!
