smells like chinese food!!
After waking up early this morning to go to the hospital with my siblings to wait for our mom to get out of surgery for her cateracts. Which we missed her going in for the surgery
Anyways... my mom bought me some chinese food. YUMMY!!! I have been craving chinese food for a while now. I have even been advertising for my favorite chinese restuarant at my SIL wedding
Anyways... everytime I open my mouth I smell the Beef Lo Mein and soy sauce

Most chinese food is very very bad for you. Yeah, and my family has to put up with me saying that kind of stuff all the time. Don't even try to order alfredo around me. Can't help it. Sorry.I love Chinese food too! But I believe it's the MSG in it that really messes with me. I have Graves Disease too..and it triggers me everytime I eat it. But sometimes I just suffer so I can eat it anyway!How is Chinese food bad for you? It has a lot of vegetables. But you have to
go to a place that doesn't use MSG and don't order deep fried stuff.
I LOVE the fried rice, and will eat the beef lo mein, but most times I get the buffet. The place I go does not use MSG that much only on certain foods.
Chinese food does not do anything to me. Heck for 2 years straight I was eating chinese food for at least 2 of my meals for the day every week. I did not even gain weight, I actually got skinnier.
Now the "chinese food" restuaraunts were I live, they are americanized. They are not real chinese people, they are american, and their food is CRAP! I do not eat at those places. I have only one chinese restaraunt I eat at and that is the place where I worked when I was 17. I am a loyal customer

I guess it depends on which end of the breath you're jealous of!!! Those are funny stories, glad you survived the garlic. Garlic's one of my faves. We have a really good Thai restaurant nearby with Garlic and peppers with chicken. It has more garlic than I knew existed and it is sooooooo good.
