Hi all, could someone try again on explaining how to post pictures. I've been told, but I still don't 'get it' Thanks for being patient with me ( I need it this morning). After taking my mtx I'm feeling tired and depressed (?).....Lynda

Lynda, first you should go to a website like photobucket.com and create a free account.  Then you can upload photos from your computer to that site, so you will then have a URL for them.  Do a copy of the URL.

Then when you are here ready to post a photo, click on the little tree icon above - if you hold your cursor over it is says "Add Image".  When you click on it a pop up will appear that already has the http:// in it.  Delete that and paste your URL there.  Then hit "Okay" and you should be all set!

Hmm, when I put my pictures into photo bucket, there are 4 links under the picture, I click on the bottom link that says IMG CODE and than paste the link here.  I don't see a tree icon above my picture?   I am NOT a good computer person though so who knows!!  It took me a LONG time to get the hang of posting pictures!  I remember having a hard time figuring out how to get the pictures from my computer into photo bucket, you have to use the BROWSE feature on photo bucket to find your pictures on your computer, does that make sense??

The tree icon is HERE on the post reply box, not at photobucket.com.  Sorry if I confused ya!

Yes you use the browse feature at photobucket.com to find the picture on your computer you are looking for, and then post it out on the internet at photobucket.com.  You are putting a COPY of your photo from your computer out on the internet in a private area.  You can still access your photo on your computer at anytime after you have done this.

It is just like using the browse feature to do attachments to email.
