Please let us know how you and Danielle are doing! I hate to think your flares have gotten worse or Danny is not well. Please post when you can!

Love ya!

Deb

I was just thinking about that as well, and hoping that things hadn't worsened for any of them.

Ummm... usually I talk to her on IM, but I have not been signing on to IM, as I am on hubby's laptop as of lately and his laptop annoyings me.

I do hope they are all alright.

Yeah, I have been thinking of them in the last day or so because Gramma hasn't been on. Hope things are okay.  Me too.  And me too.

She's okayish. Adjusting to her new pain meds, which doesn't seem to be going QUITE as smoothly as she wanted. Danny has pneumonia. Danielle, as far as I know, it's alright. She's online *constantly* LOL

Can they ever get a break though?!? Oh, she is flaring right now too, so that's not helping. Sheesh! I told Danny he needed to knock off being sick......I don't think it helped though Awwww thanks guys.  Katie told Danielle that people were looking for me lol.  ((((hugs))) to everyone.

I am flaring, Danny has pneumonia, and Danielle popped up with a small flare last night. It doeesn't surprise me too much that she popped with a small flare since we are weaning her off of pred.  She does spend a ton of time online annoying Katie as much as possible lol.  Danny is doing pretty well considering he has pneumonia.  You can't tell unless he coughs or he is sleeping and wheezing in your ear lol.  The only time he really wheezes tho is when he is laying down so I have propped him up with pillows.  He still has energy and didn't run a fever at all.  The doc has him on these horse pills (Augmentin) and Symbicort inhaler.  He is getting ready right now to run to Walmart to transfer some scripts for me.  His wheezing did calm down last night.

I am flaring.  With the humira no longer doing it's job and the weather we are having (94% humidity right now) my time sitting here at the desk is pretty limited.  With the warden home for another week I pretty much can't do anything lol.  They switched me from morphine to oxycontin and I can't wait til my body gets used to this stuff.  I'm tired and dizzy all the time.  I'm really just sick of not having any energy anymore.  That is the most frustrating thing of all.

We did find out that our medical insurance will cover the remicade and it is probably only going to be the normal office visit co-pay.  I guess the pharmacy insurance considers the infusions as a medical procedure and that is why they do not cover it but my medical insurance does.  As long as it is covered I really could care less what it is considered lol.  I find out on the 14th when I start the remicade.

That's about it from around here.  I still might be not around too much because of the way I am feeling but Danielle talks to Katie all the time...poor Katie lol....and she will keep everyone updated.

And before I forget...hi to all the new people that wandered upon us in their RA journey.

I hope everyone is doing well.  ((((hugs))) to everyone!

So sorry to hear things are pretty rough at the moment.  I hope you are able to start the remicade soon and put this into remission for a good long time!  Love and hugs Hi Liz, hugs to all.  I'm so sorry to hear about the situation on the home front.  Remicade has worked for me and I have high hopes for you also.  Lindywishing you all to get to feeling better soon.I hope you are feeling better soon!  You all can come and visit me in Eastern WA where it is in the high 90's an NO humidity at all.  Great for all of us who have RA and naturally curly hair  Good luck with the Remicade. I hope your house gets back to normal soon.

Liz, I'm so sorry everyone is kind of down at your house. I sure hope the remicade help with your flares. That would be wonderful. Hope your little one gets over her flare quickly and that hubby is feeling better soon.

Take care, and come back to us when you are feeling better. As you can see, you are deeply missed.

Much love,

Nini

Yeah you are deeply missed. God, there is a whole lot going on in your house, geez. Hope you all get well.
