my rh level was 408 is that onsidered high or moderate as I am still pretty new to this. Have only really been under a doctors care that gave a crap a short time

That is considered high. Sorry. Below 14 is normal. My rheumatologist said mine was high at 282. Although there are some people who are in the 1000s. But that is pretty rare.

Take care, Karin

when i was dx'd 15 yrs ago it was in the 300's but went into remission for several yrs, i now have a mild form. while it may be high it doesn't necessarily equal worst outcome. What does RH stand for?

Yes, please--like Sarah, I also am wondering what the RH stands for. I looked over my blood work, but apparently it's not something that I've had done yet.

Thanks in advance!

maybe its not called rh but it is the rheumatoid factor in your blood. sorry. I dont remember what the dr called it exactly but remember the # and what it stood for

Thanks, doobgirl32. What confused me was that my results didn't give a number, just Positive or Negative, so I thought it was a more advanced test that you'd gotten.

I'm glad you've found a good doctor--best of luck! I'm nervous about mine, as my regular GP said when I saw her, "There are two rheumatology doctors we refer, but I'm going to give you Dr. X. We also refer to Dr. Y, but we've gotten lots of complaints, so, well, Dr. X is just better."

Wouldn't you know that when I went to make the appointment, Dr. X doesn't take my insurance, so I've got the appointment with Dr. Y...
