Wanna hear mine? I've been dying to write something for the longest now, and so I decided to start with what I know. One of the most amazing/scary experiences of my life was going through Hurricane Ivan. So I wrote it all down! It's in pieces though, as it's sort of long. I've posted the first part of it as a blog. If anyone has the time, or would like to read it, I'd really appreciate your input. That is, about the writing itself and stuff.........but be nice, I'm one of those super shy people when I write. LOL Can you believe that? Me? Super shy? Yeah right, right?? LOL

Did the chocolate milk spoil?very nice have been through manya hurricane and evacuation myself as i have lived on the east coast of florida my whole life 44 years) I live by the space center and we have had a few nice story well written i like it katie i wanna read more now!Shannon?! Do you not remember how you reacted when Katrin hit? I remember well. No more hurricane stories for you. I am the hurricane story nazi.Good story Katie, very easy to read, interesting without being boring...I want to finish it, honest.

OOOHHH VERY GOOD KATIE!! I'm impressed. Very scary and believeable, tense and exciting! You have a good way with words and not ONE cuss word. Such restraint in one so young. Rated PG. For all audiences It better be believable, cause it HAPPENED!!
