OT - insomnia strikes again! | Arthritis Information

Waiting for the benadryl to kick in....

I was out late tonight at a school board meeting. I can never sleep after those damn meetings - they have an uncanny ability to piss away tax dollars in the most wasteful ways possible!!!

And to make matters worse - my toes are being a bunch of bastards today. They hurt like hell! Well, I've showed them - I taped 3 of the little sh*ts together so they can't mess with me. HA!

No doubt! I've seen every damn episode of Law and Order and most episodes of Forensic Files. I don't much care for the CSI series - the science is CRAP and I've never ever been in a lab that looks like that (or seen scientists that look like that!!!).
Yes...I do tend to get more done when the little one is a sleep. Getting ready for a Business Expo Seminar tomorrow...busy, busy, busy. And Jazz my dogs are barking too, as well as my wrists and elbows...I started mtx Friday and have felt worse since... Awww I LOVE CSI. But mostly just because I love Jorja Fox.....lol she plays Sara Sidle!!!

Well all... I'm starting to feel sleepy. If I don't go to bed now, I will just get goofy and crack myself up instead of sleeping. And then I'll get hungry, and stumble into the kitchen and eat whatever's in reach... and the kids get mad if I eat their lunch snacks!!! Goofy tired makes for the best jokes though!!!!!! I know, I fail to see the problem here Jasmine! The rugrats don't need those snacks!I ate daughter's break while she is in school, that way she does not know I ate it, and she thinks she ate it all. When I was pregnant I would sleepwalk and eat everything in sight. There were empty coke cans and food wrappers all over the kitchen table in the morning. And it was even worse with the second kid, because I was still nursing the first one! You did NOT want to get between me and the fridge! Is insomnia a big problem in RA? Or is it from the meds we take?

Eat everything in SIGHT while sleep walking LMAO!!

I have always had insomnia every since I was a toddler. I use to stay up until 3am with my mom and most nights my mom would asleep in front of the tv while M*A*S*H was on and I would still be up watching it. I use to stay up until 4am in the morning when I was in school and had to be up by 6am to catch the bus.

So, for me insomnia has always been apart of my life, just like JRA.

Well that's definitely my problem. I like staying up all night and sleeping late in the morning. I'm enjoying it as long as I can! Eventually I will have to return to the working world and change my ways.

Ya'll are to funny...I'm gonna have to sign off as well, as my wrists are getting worse. Night-night, sleep tight, don't let the bed bugs bite!! Oh great, you beg for attention and then tell us to kiss off!LMAO I'm still here. But only as long as my laundry is drying, then I'm outa here!!! Wow...I wish I could sleep forever...from 8am to noon, I am a walking zombie. Then I'm ok until about 4pm. I get tired all over again. Then I'm awake around 7pm until 2am...it really sucks!

TEE HEE HEE...ya'll have wore my wrists out trying to keep up with the different threads ya'll are on. Okay, laundry is done!! I'm outie!!!

Lately I've been going to bed around 3 and not getting my sorry butt out of bed until 10:00 am. I feel bad as my hubby crawls out at 5:30 am, but not THAT bad.
