Hi all, I am a divorced mom of 3 kiddos from Washington state, 2 x cancer survivor and just found out that my doctor suspects RA or Lupus, according to blood tests for CRP level and ESR. I am going to a Rheumatologist the 28th to find out what is going on. I am currently on Naproxin and Neurontin. plus thyroid meds(for thyroid cancer) and an antidepressant....I am tired, I hurt and I need some supprot and insight.

hi cherie, glad to have you join us. I have 3 kids also 21,18 and 14 plus two grandkids 2 and 6mths. my mum is a cancer survivor and there are so many these days with all the new medications etc. by the sounds of it you have had a pretty rough time. I have PA but suffer many of the same complaints as RA. pain, pain and more pain so I can relate to how you are feeling. All the best AllyWelcome to AI. I see you are a strong person and a fighter. I think that is awesome. Lets hope you do not have to add RA to your plate but if you do I believe you can handle it. Let us know what the rheumy says. ?????
