Had my CRP, ANA, RF, ESR bloodwork done monday, by my GP. My gp also put my referal for a rheumy in, I should hear something in about a week. He said if i don't hear anything by wed to call and leave a message (he already stated he's not good at getting back w/ ppl)
I just want to compare the numbers from 10yrs ago, and see what my CRP reveals.. since they didn't have that test back then (least i don't think) I asked him to take xrays of hands and feet, and he said you're not swollen and don't have deformation so the exrays won't reveal anything. Of course i went into my medical terminolgy and told him that wasn't true. He was surprised by my knowledge on this disease and asked if i was a nurse. I told him no,that medical things fascinate me and i'm a researcher. I was the one to dx my own son with diabetes1 b4 the dr.s lol. Anyway i figured probably best to hold off since the rheummy will probably order multiple xrays, and i don't need to be exposing myself to all the rays when it can be all done at one time.
So I wait..doo...doodooodoo......
Anyway i already know it's ra, just hoping that the lupus reads neg, know what i mean?
