I had 8 hours of solid, uninterrupted sleep last night.  Didn't get up till 8:30 this morning.  It's now 11 and I find myself thinking, "if I hurry up and go to the post office now, I'll be able to take a nap before I go to work."   18 months ago I was good to go on 5 hours and had a 6 mile run in before 7.  This sucks.

Yes it does.

Enjoy your nap! :-)

I'm sorry you're so tired.  I've found I'm super exhausted lately, but cannot get to sleep.  Argh.  It does suck, I'm so sorry.  But you're sure not alone.  Do whatever your body needs.  I hope you have a good day.  We are all thinking this sucks together.  :(

Hugs,

Jen

I decided to skip the nap, hit up the coffee shop next to the post office and go for a bike ride instead.  See ya

At least you get a nap!!! I have to go to work now, which is a 45 min drive. Then I'm there until 9pm, and it's another 45min home.

By 4pm I'll be exhausted and ready for a nap, but I can't have naps again until my off days. I really wonder how I make it sometimes.
Thankyou ma'am!  It was a good decision.  Nothing gives you energy like java and exercize.  I feel good now, a little shiny, but I work with animals and I think they like me better when I'm sweaty.  We have this one bird, a lorrie, he sits on my shoulder, or hangs from my shirt, and licks me when I come in this way.  Odd being licked by a bird.Sorry Katie...work for me today is only going to be couple of hours.  It's my day off, my sister picks up the am and pm feedings (plus cleaning) on wed., but she called this morning and asked if I'd come in and help her.  I'll be back home by 430.  So yeah, your day is a lot longer and harder than mine, you could use a nap better than I could.

Nice to hear, sad to hear.

Are you feeling better today, Joonie??

It's all good! I'm used to it at this point. I think I kinda zone out for a while and get a psuedo nap sorta....kinda...haha

I'm tired.......

I can relate to the EXHASUSTION, it is indescribable, inhumane, and wretched. I also can agree, that unless I take much medication, I too cannot sleep to alleviate it, nice,,

God Help us.Fatigue.......my middle name.  It has gotten better since MXT and Remicade are working again.  I haven't napped in the last 2 days.  I'm deprived or as Stan would say depraved, but what does he know.  Hang in there it might get better for you.  Have you thought about asking your doctor for Provogil?  LindyHave you tried provigil?  I'm curious about it.  Not that I want to try it... just curious.  I'm a geek, I know. Jasmine, no I haven't tried it.  When I'm not fatigued I'm hyper enough.  I'm retired and don't work, so I didn't want to add Provogil to the cocktail of meds I'm taking now.  I just take a siesta when I can't stay awake any longer.  There are some forum members who are taking it.  Lindy
